1.Calculus lesions of the biliary tract, urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract

Cholecystolithiasis, bile duct stone, kidney stone, bladder stone, urethral stone, intestinal stone, etc.,are mostly due to the deposit of minerals on the core material, which condenses into a relatively dense mass of stone or mud sand.It with surrounding tissues or liquids to form a ultrasonic interface with great impedance difference, and forms a very strong echo mass or spot in the sonographic image of the B-ultrasound section, and it often with sound shadow,so long as the location is accurate and it's not difficult to confirm during the exploration.Strong echogenic mass, sound shadow, changing position possible displacement are the three characteristics of diagnose calculosis.

2.Substantial organ tissue and visceral substantive lesions

When the substantial organs such as liver, spleen, muscle, lymph node, and testis become hardened, calcified or softened, and liquefied, the ultrasonic echo at the lesion site is either increased or decreased compared with that of the adjacent healthy tissue or the contralateral counterpart.Ultrasound diagnosis calls it a substantial echo change.
