Liquid Nitrogen Tank Operation Knowledge

- Aug 20, 2018 -

The liquid nitrogen tank is a vacuum, and the atmospheric pressure of the outer tank is about 4 000 to 5 000 kg. Therefore, excessive collision and impact should be strictly prevented during use.

Liquid nitrogen tank are prone to dents under excessive impact and impact. If the performance after the dent is constant, they can still be used, otherwise they will not be repaired.

The neck of the liquid nitrogen tank is made of glass reinforced plastic and has a very low thermal conductivity, which can control the external heat entering from the neck tube to a minimum.

The neck tube is slender and has a groove around it, which facilitates timely discharge of vaporized nitrogen out of the tank to reduce the pressure inside the tank.
